1 more week to go until Christmas, I hope you've well prepared for the holiday season ;) In today's episode, we're gonna bake together some fresh and yummy Lemon Cupcakes with Creamcheese Frosting, even though they're not really a Christmas' treat but you can never go wrong with baking these christmassy days ;)

INGREDIENT LIST (for 6 big cupcakes or 10 small ones)
2 eggs, separated
100g white sugar
150g unsalted butter
150g all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsps baking powder
2 tbs unsweetened yogurt
Frosting
150g creamcheese
60-70g unsalted butter
1 1/2 tbs sugar
2 tbs lemon juice
